Cub Scout Dens - The Building Block of the Pack 320
Hello Den 9! Check out all the fun we had!
Den 9 had a great trip to Lafarge Quarry on
April 9, 2009. The boys were able to watch the mining process from
beginning (blasting) to end (crushing the rocks). The boy had a blast
and played host to Daisy Troop 2226 so they too could enjoy the fun!
They also were given the chance to collect rocks and learn about the
different types of rocks and minerals in Carroll County.
We were have a picture and a video clip.
